The Outlet by E.L.S is a proudly family owned business founded in 1980 by Mark and Julie Charvat in the city of Monrovia, California. Since the beginning The Outlet has been focused on providing exceptional service and superb deals for the local community. At The Outlet, our guests are more than just customers. They are our family, our friends, our neighbors. We do our best to ensure every guest that steps into our store knows we appreciate them and want to make their visit as enjoyable as possible. This is because to our community we are more than just a store. We are a staple in their everyday lives.

Our Locations

Before opening the doors in our Azusa store we were located in Monrovia for over 15 years. Due to the gold line, the company had to move to Azusa. This gave us the opprtunity to grow in size.

Our Employees

When the company first began we started with 20 employees. When moving to the Azusa location the company was able to seperate the warehouse and store, giving us the opportunity to grow in employee. The company now has over 100 employees and continues to grow.

Our Model

We operate under our Umbrella Model. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, excellence in customer service, and we hire the best employees. We use our Umbrella Model daily to be the best for our customers.
